Empowering Communities,
Preparing Leaders

What We Do
At Project Meducate, we believe that quality healthcare is a right, not a privilege. Our free community health clinics and seminars, as well our mentorship program events, are staffed by dedicated volunteers from universities and medical schools who give their time to provide meaningful education and/or hands-on screenings to underserved communities at no cost to you.
Our Clinics
At each of our clinics, we offer a range of essential health screenings designed to catch early warning signs and empower you with knowledge about your own health:
Blood Pressure Screening — Identifying hypertension early can prevent heart disease, stroke, and kidney damage before they become life-threatening.
Blood Sugar Screening — We test for elevated glucose levels that may indicate prediabetes or diabetes, helping you take control before symptoms arise.
Cholesterol Screening — High cholesterol often has no symptoms, making routine checks a critical step in protecting your long-term heart health.
BMI Assessment — Our volunteers calculate your body mass index and discuss what it means for your overall wellness and health goals.
Our Seminars
At each of our seminars, we provide educational presentations and interactive activities tailored to the needs and interests of the target audience. Our goal is to promote health awareness, encourage healthy lifestyle choices, and empower participants with practical knowledge they can apply in their daily lives.
Examples of seminar topics include:
Mental Health and Wellness
Fall Prevention and Safety
Heart Health
Diabetes Management and Prevention
Nutrition and Exercise
Stroke Awareness and Prevention
Our Mentorship Program
Project Meducate’s Mentorship Program is designed to inspire and support the next generation of healthcare professionals. Through resume-building workshops, hands-on vital sign training, and exposure to health science careers, high school students gain valuable skills and insight into the healthcare field. Additionally, our Future Health Scholars Program provides one-on-one mentorship, connecting students with undergraduate mentors who offer personalized guidance on academics, career exploration, and professional development.
